Corporate Lending Portal - Onboarding Form

Please take note of the following which will help you complete the onboarding form.

1. Nominate all users in the form who require access to Corporate Lending Portal.
2. Specify the Authorisation Level for each user which would be the same across all Borrowers they would be provided access to. Note that all authorisers need to be KYC’d.
3. Nominate all Borrowers in the form that are required to be set up for Corporate Lending Portal.
4. Specify the Authorisation model which would be the same across all Borrowers.
5. After form completion, please print and sign the forms. Signatures are required from all individual users and authorised signatories for each Borrower.
Authorised signatories that are common across multiple Borrowers can sign just once for those Borrowers.
Please complete the registration forms for the Users and Borrowers who require access to Corporate Lending Portal and take note of the following:

The Authorisation Level selected for each User will apply to all Borrowers they are provided access to.
The Authorisation Model selected will be applied across all Borrowers.
After completion, please print and sign the form. Signatures are required from each nominated User, along with the authorised signatories from each Borrower. If Borrowers share the same authorised signatories then those signatories may sign just once for all related Borrowers.
